Shipping policy

The minimum order requirement is £120. For your convenience, all orders exceeding £250 qualify for Free Next Day Delivery. Orders below this threshold are subject to a £7.99 delivery fee.

Please note that different rates apply for Northern Ireland. Delivery to BT postcodes is not included in the free delivery offer. Postage fees for these areas start at £14.99 and can go up to £34.99, depending on the size and number of boxes required for shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 12:00 p.m. (noon). Orders submitted after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following Monday, as we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

For standard deliveries, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch. Orders qualifying for Free Next Day Delivery are typically delivered on the next business day once dispatched.

As our dispatch department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, orders placed on Friday afternoons or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may therefore be extended accordingly.
